I love our doctors sofar (Kutney, Lytle, Rochelle) except for one (Dietlein) that had the nerve tomake three different weight comments about mytwo orthree monthold. Trying toget ahold ofthe office isa little bit ofa pain though.

I’m pretty disappointed with pediatrics East rightnow. Mydaughter woke uparound midnight with anearache, Isigned into the portal at1inthe morning totry and make anappointment, but you have tomake it3daysout. I’ve been calling for 10minutes after 8(when they are supposed tobe open) but apparently noone knows how toswitch over the lines! This isridiculous when you have achild that doesn’t feel well!

The second Iwalked inthe building the front desk worker was the complete opposite ofwhat she shouldbe. The doctor's office can sometimes beintimidating and awarm welcome would help ease nerves. Itis best toalways becourteous and treat others the way you would want your family tobe treated. Well, she acted asif she did not want tobe here, did not want totalk, did not smile once, and gave smart remarks. Ifyou work with the public, you should bepeople friendly. Then, mynext interaction was with the lady that called our name back and she acted the sameway. Itis sad tosee how this place has changed. The Deerfoot office used tobe the friendliest.So, ifyou come here ina good mood, beready toleave ina badone.… – show

My Son Brandon has been seeingDr. Harmon for 21years. Iknow wehave toget him another Drnow, But ifi had myrathers, hewould see DrHarmon the rest ofhis life. Heis the BEST!! He& his staff are Great. IDEFINATELYSAY, They are the BEST, # 1ALWAYS!!!!!!

I have never experienced aphone call with adoctors office like Ijust did with this office. Courtney was not helpful nor nice about anything. Weare new tothe area & Iwas trying toget mydaughter seen due toher being sick but the way that phone call just went Iam honestly soglad they aren’t accepting new patients. Plain out rude & ZERO customer service.

The staff are always friendly when Icomein. I’m anoverthinkingmom, and sometimes Icall about what isprobably minor and they’re always nice aboutit. Mykids pediatrician isdr. Lytle and hewas mine growingup, Itrust his judgment with everything! Ilove this office. Idrive 40minutes for avisit and itis well worth itfor caring doctors!

Dr. Wilson has always been attentive and nice,but the staff atthis facility are terrible! Ihave never been greeted with asmile while checking inor signingout. Working ina place for children, Iwould expect the staff tobe friendly and they are anythingbut. The business office staff are worse than the front desk staff, soI will not beback tothis facility until they can retrain their staff tohave anounce ofcostumer service orget new staff altogether.

The people answering the phone lines need training incustomer service/dealing with the public. Idread calling this place because most ofthe people answering seem miserable intheirjob. They make you feel like you are bothering them bytrying toget afollowup. The doctors are friendlybut, others come off asrude and uncaring.

We love Pediatrics East! Iwas apatient ofDr. Harmon's growing upand Istill drive mychildren across town tosee him for their annual check-ups. He's avery patient and gently doctor with apassion for pediatrics. Wehave also enjoyed seeingDr. Soong for the occasional visit, aswell.
We highly recommend Pediatrics East, overall. All ofthe doctors are great towork with.
