NCH primary care is available across Collier and south Lee counties to provide access to you and your family close to home.

These providers, who specialize in family medicine, internal medicine or pediatrics offer new and returning patients guidance to promote health, disease prevention, health maintenance, health counseling and patient education in addition to the diagnosis and treatment of common medical conditions.

Primary care to fit your needs

Your primary care provider will also serve as your medical home coordinating further care as necessary.

Our goal is to keep your care local, convenient and centered on you. If there is a need to receive additional treatment outside of NCH, your primary care provider will connect with these services ensuring cost-effective and fully coordinated care.

Family Medicine Services

The family medicine division of the NCH Medical Group offers care to the whole family, by treating not only illnesses, but by helping you find ways to improve your health and prevent disease. Our family medicine offices provide complete care to infants, children, adolescents, adults and the elderly.

Internal medicine

The NCH Medical Group internal medicine physicians focus on adult medicine by emphasizing prevention and treatment of adult diseases with state of the art technology in a compassionate environment.

These physicians work closely with all our specialists as well as our ancillary testing departments such as radiology, laboratory and physical therapy to help solve puzzling diagnostic problems.

The internal medicine division comprises three convenient locations with board certified physicians, many with their own special interests such as in diabetology, women studies, wellness and prevention and cardiac risk.
